About our Director:
Ms. Wendelken received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Piano Performance, Magna Cum Laude from SUNY Purchase, Westchester, New York, studying with Tung Kwong-Kwong.
Postgraduate Studies were done in the Master of Music Program in Piano Performance at London's prestigious Royal Academy of Music, under the tutelage of Piers Lane.
Ms. Wendelken has won many awards and accolades for her achievements. Performance venues have included Cincinnati Palace Theater; Weigel Hall, Columbus; Westchester Performing Arts Center, New York; Juilliard School of Music Recital Hall; St. Martins in the Fields, London, Royal Academy of Music, London; and many others.

Our faculty is head and shoulders above the ordinary. Our teachers have studied and taught in prestigious musical music schools including: Moscow Conservatory, Berkeley of University of California and Cleveland Institute of Music, to name a few.

Founded in 1886, The Royal Conservatory of Music is an independent, not-for-profit arts organization whose mission is to foster the development of human potential through music and arts education. Dozens of students each year participate in this broad-based curriculum that includes a full spectrum of musical genres spanning 4 centuries from Baroque to 20th Century works. In addition to repertoire pieces, training for annual examinations includes theory, ear training, sight-reading and technical exercises to create well-rounded musicianship skills. Wendelken Piano Studio is proud to be the Florida host studio for the annual RCM exams.
National Federation of Music Clubs:
State & Nationally Certified Teacher
More than 90 students from the Wendelken Piano Studio have performed in the annual Florida Federation of Music Clubs competition. For 5 consecutive years, more than 97% of those performing received a Superior Rating on their district performances. As a result, the students went on to perform at the state competition, and each year, several have become state champions.
